Details:
I never thought it would be possible to capture the moons of Mars until I saw pictures posted here on Spaceweather. So I tried my hand at it last night. This is a composite of Mars and a (highly processed) image revealing Deimos as well. May 30, 2016 at 5:23 UT. Celestron C11 with Celestron Skyris 236M. Deimos image was with a red filter and the best 750 of 2000 frames. Mars image was with RGB filters. Seeing 5/10, transparency 7/10. Altitude 18 degrees. An image from WinJUPOS at that same time confirms Deimos.
