Details:
Sunday morning the sky was full with cirrus clouds above Tolna-Mözs, Hungary. Later -- shortly before noon -- a bright, colorful and very exciting halo formed around the Sun. Some minutes later an other, white circle became visible around the zenith, it was slightly fainter than the halo. So the whole phenomena turned to be an 8-shaped form, the most beautiful atmospheric optic I've ever observed. At the top of the photo (near the thuya) a faint CHA was also visible. Photo details: Canon EOS 5D Mark II + Sigma EF 8/4.0 1/1000 sec, F10, ISO 100
