Im pretty sure they were. They appeqred around midnight and were visible atleast two, two and a half hours. A half of a dozen observations were made around southern Finland last night. Quite dim, stationary, and at the same time there were normal, dark, clouds at the same area.

Yes, those are definetely NLCs. You can see it by the clouds structure and how bright they are
