Details:
I was standing at the shores of San Francisco Bay, when I noticed a guy flying a plane with attached proposal sign. It stated: "Rachelle, I (heart sign) you! Will you merry me?" Just below it there was Circumhorizontal arc. I am sure Rachelle has accepted because who could refuse the proposal framed by Circumhorizontal arc?
