Details:
May 17 2016 another dome identified. Image made on lunar terminator including several features in the Gruithuisen region. Note for the oblique solar angle the flank of Gruithuisen gamma a highland dome that in GLR group we termed (three Gruithuisen domes) G1-G3. The Gruithuisen gamma is seen in a dramatic view. On the east I have found another dome which I term G4 (see image). GLD100 confirms it: preliminary computation turns out maximum elevation of 430 m and diameter of 32 km. Diviner data based on emissivity data and Cristian Feature CF would indicate a basaltic composition different from the highland component of Gruithuisen domes G1-G3. So G4 well detectable on my image could be a dome different in composition of the nearby Gruithuisen domes, and implication in different volcanic style.
