Those photos are from our recent trip to Big Island. Hawaii has some of the best views of the Milky Way in the world. Being close to the equator the atmosphere is thin and light pollution is minimal here.. In fact over the course of the full year, we are able to see the entire Milky Way. In pano (8single shots) , along the horizon, you can also see the glow of Hilo and Kiliauea Volcano as well as the base of Mauna Kea. Another photo is portrait of my husband Ronn. This was really amazing experience in fact, with Aurora going to solar minimum, From Summer 2017 we have 5 years to based in Big Island and photographing Milky way and tropical beauty.

Amazing photo!
So sad that people cant see this beauty with naked eye. I mean, such deep colours and stuff.
