Details:
This is a very large mosaic image taken over a period of 4 years (2011-2015) when this region was available. It consists of 38 wide-field images "stitched" together to produce a printable full resolution image of 6.5 x 3.8 meters.The image here is a smaller version of the original and produced in Halpha taken with a TAK 106 FSQ scope and Sbig STL 11000 ccd camera.
