I'd just finished some mosaics of active regions on the solar disk and took a quick spin around the limb to see if anything interesting was going on. Caught this big guy just rolling into view, with a small, intense flare sparkling on its side. (90mm Achromat feeding a Lunt 60THa OTA sans objective; best 50 out of 500 frames; ZWO120MM; Pixinsight)
