Details:
Saw this cloud during last November. The bright band at top is parhelic circle, but underneath it are another two bands, the upper yellowish and the lower bluish. I think it's iridescence from the parhelic, but not sure. Any ideas about what can it be? One images is the original, the other is processed to enhance the colors.

Looks like a circumhorizontal arc.

Obviously it is not the circumhorizontal arc, since that halo is exactly below the sun, while the shadow on the building tells us that the sun is about right behind the looking direction. I think it is a small and bright segment of the parhelic circle, with edge coloration. If the upper border of the parhelic ring should not have been cut off by cloud edge, the colors should have been visible there too. The bluish white in the centre, and the yellow/orange bands upon and below.
