Details:
The transit of Mercury photographed through 8'' Newton reflector (f/6.0), with Canon EOS 350D (ISO 400, exp. time 1/1250 s). This photo was made at 11:34 UT. Mercury is seen on the lower left side of the Sun's disk. There are also some sunspots (2542, 2543, 2544) seen on the "surface" of the Sun. The image was processed in MaxImDL.
