Details:
Since it is cloudy overcast here (No Mercury Transit for us)in the US state of Oregon, I decided to upload two shots of water being blown off of The Columbia River by 40+ MPH gusts and causing rainbows from our vantage point over 800 feet above on a cliff! The conditions persisted enough to watch it many times over! The first shot is color enhanced. The second shot is closer to what we were seeing.
