Details:
I was at the Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lake Shore and Beulah, Michigan last night photographing the Aurora Borealis. The forecast was for a Kp 3 level until NOAA updated the forecast to a Kp 5 G1 storm level. Well they did not disappoint I spent from 9:30 pm Saturday though 4:30 am today photographing the aurora I took almost a 1,000 photos last night. Attached is one I would like to share taken at about 4:15 am 5/8/2016 from Eden Hill overlooking the Platte River valley and Lake Michigan beyond.
