Details:
Brightest Aurora I have seen in North Idaho ever. It looked like a dancing con trail from a plane at first. Stretched from west to east. It was further south in the sky than north which never happens here. At first it was a thin beam across the sky then widened out and danced for 1/2 hour or so.
