Details:
I needed a target to test a new tripod ballhead with its intended long lens this morning. My longtime mistress Selene is always willing to pose if she's around. The waning Full Moon passed directly behind the big antenna farm on top of Cedar Mountain above my town of Cody Wyoming. I used the Photographer's Ephemeris app to determine that this sightline would occur. I shot the scene from the opposite streetcorner across from my apartment house. ( The Photographer's Ephemeris is very accurate. I highly recommend it, browser-based, and free) . Nikon D5300 camera with Sigma 150-500 xoom at maximum focal length ...equivalent to 750mm or 15X. Shot at 1/640th second at f/16 with a polarizer , ISO 800 daylight color balance, EV at -0.7
