Details:
The Planet Saturn, The Planet Mars, & Bright Star Antares are making a Triangle in the Morning Sky on 03-16-2016, Keep looking due South at 6:00am to 7:00am all this week, and watch The Planet Mars as it slips past Beta Scorpii, and makes a cool triangle with The Planet Saturn & The Red Giant Star Antares in the Constellation of Scorpius. Canon 6D DSLR, 28mm lens, ISO 640, 8 second exposure. You can see the constellations of Sagittarius & Libra on either side of the triangle in this image taken over my home in Dayton. I love the contrast in colors as red Mars slips past blue Beta Scorpii. Best Regards, John Chumack www.galacticimages.com
