Details:
This red arc was visible in my shots from quite early in the display, although not all the time, and was never visible to the naked eye. Its not the first time I've seen picked up a red arc south of the main display, thinking it may well be a proton arc ?. Shots taken with a Canon 6d with a 17-35mm lens. All sky panorama made up of 15 shots, stitched together using Hugin. Taken around 2113 UTC.
