Details:
A little after 4 am Alaska time on March 6, 2016 a few hearty souls from the John Hall’s aurora tour group and I observed some deep red & green northern lights escalating above Mts. Denali, Hunter & Foraker (right-to-left) as viewed from the Talkeetna Alaskan Lodge. It’s night #1 of the Iditarod and it’s looking like the dog mushers will be getting a good light show tonight.
