Mars is joining Saturn in the constellation of Scorpius, the Scorpion above the heart of the Scorpion, Antares. The Sco/Sgr/Oph center of the Milky Way is also rising in the Eastern Sky with the dark nebula clouds like the Great Black Horse, Snake nebula, Pipe Nebula and Rho Ophiuchi clouds visible under dark skies. Canon T6s dslr, 50mm f/4, iso 6400, 60s single exp. of 2 frames stitched together covering about 40d taken on 2016/03/06 UT 11:33 . The SkyXPro charts show the field of view and labels.
