Details:
Most of the day had been cloudy, and even a few grains of snow, as well.So I didn't have much hope for clear skies during the evening. Driving north, however, towards Andøya island, the sky started to clear up. And so around 10 pm, the sky was clear, and the Auroras started to roll in. Lately, I've been trying to make panoramas, witch also included the Milky Way. Of course, the Milky Way is hardly visible so far north. Still - this was what I got from 6 vertical photos. We can see the constellation of Orion to the left, close to the horizon. Hidden inside the brightest part of the green, the Pleiades. Next, it seems like Andromeda galaxy 1/4 right from center. vesteraling@gmail.com (_) More photos here: http://frank-olsen.pixels.com/
