My oh my! A timely coronal hole, a clear sky, no wind to speak of and being in the right place, at the right time and I've just had the night of my life ... beautiful aurora that at times moved grandly and at times was fragile and delicate ...It all Kicked off gently at about 10pm, put on an increasingly stunning display for several hours and didn't start to grow weary until about about 2.30 - I think! Can't stop grinning!
