Details:
What a night! Just arrived at Saltoluokta in Swedish Lapland Today and went out with my camera around 9 pm in -15 degrees C and clear sky to watch for the northern lights. Beautiful evening with spectacular view of the Milky Way and a faint auroral arc. Went in after 1 hour but quickly went out again around 10:30 pm where the sky was lit up by green and red curtains dancing in the sky. The Bz must have shifted south for 1/2 hour or so? Nomatter what, the show was quite spectacular :-)
