Details:
With a break in the evening clouds, I went out to test my Samsung EX2F in capturing starfields/constellations/etc without a tripod. Jupiter was rising spectacularly, so I decided to see how well I could resolve the planet. Of ten shots with 1 sec exposure and ISO 100, three showed little to no streaking. In this particular photo, cropped and in original, Jupiter is a near circular point of light -- a tribute to image stabilization and a fast 1.4 lens!
