Comet C/2013 X1 (PANSTARRS) imaged on January 9th, 2016 just at its maximum of an outburst which began at the end of December when was in magnitude 10 and ended in this image with a brightness of magnitude 8, with a coma of 11 arcminutes of diameter and a faint tail toward northeast.
