Details:
It was very cold in Finnish Lapland tonight, during our hunt for the northern lights. Temperatures dropped to values between -35 and -40°C, depending on the elevation. These temperatures caused many little ice crystals, which formed nice ice pilars in front of the dancing northern lights.
