Details:
(this probably failed to send the first time... operator error). This pillar was observed for over an hour. The air was full of crystals at about 8 F, with a few stratocumulus in the area. This followed a 1.5 ft snowfall that ended the night before. The pillar was glittering brightly, especially at the base. The view is toward the Powderhorn ski area. Shot with iPhone 6S.
