Driving east on Highway 60 at about 2:40 PM. Taken from the window with my iPhone 6. They were both gone in under 30 seconds.

Nice catch! Among storm chasers and weather observers these are often called a horseshoe vortex and Indicative of strong shear in the layer in which they occur.
