Details:
Clouds were the rule from our vantage point for 99% of the Geminid peak. Lucky I stayed up till 1:00 AM to check the clouds! I spotted a few random clear spots and got shooting by 1:14 AM. It was mostly swinging from one hole to another with no luck. Then there was a clearing growing over my house to the south. I set up a crude shot and started running 6 second exposures @ ISO 3200, 14 mm Rokinon wide open @ f 2.8. I got lucky, and at 1: 27 AM a nice Geminid streaked through the frame! I like the crop, but included the full frame also.
