Details:
Orbital ATK's Cygnus spacecraft rocket booster re-entry. 3 images -- one I jerked camera towards them after seeing 2 fireball like pieces going parallel to each other, breaking up in SSW at 5:57pm = Dec.6... the brighter one behind trees at least -12! and reddish color. top one was -8 and blue, both took about 8 seconds to be visible. Both had fragments falling off the fronts. the top one burn out but bottom one go till it fragmented and then gone, about 8 degrees off my horizon. They took me by surprise. Other is an enlargement of the 2nd piece. Canon xsi, 15 sec exp, 800 ISO, lens at 31mm.. tripod mounted,,
