Details:
My son and I were shooting a time-lapse for auroras and meteors November 3rd. This blue Taurid fireball screamed through the frame at 10:27 PM. It was incredibly bright, blue, and had 15-20 bursts as it burned through the atmosphere. The second photo has Ursa Minor drawn in for scale! Canon 550D, 20 seconds @ ISO 1600, 14mm Rokinon lens @ f 2.8.
