I had just completed a shot of the Conjunction of Venus, Jupiter and Mars over the Rocket Sculpture " Forms in Transit " which is located near the Science Building in Flushing Meadows Park. The Park was the location of the '64 World's Fair ..the Theme of the Fair was " Peace Through Understanding" …when suddenly appeared a Luminous Being and He asked.." What's Taking So Long .?? "
