Details:
Was taking pictures of moonset one day before the full moon and photographing the stars just below and to the west of Orion when I caught the streamer. It was short, but had regular bursts. Think it's some sort of beacon because bolides aren't so regular, are they?

My guess is you caught a tumbling iridium flare or another out of control satellite, some of the iridium satellites are out of control and tumbling causing them to flash instead of just get brighter and then diminish when they catch the sunlight in the panels
