Details:
Moon, Venus, Jupiter, Mars and Regulus shine above the morning twilight over Ganden Monastery, Tibet, China. In order to observe the Draconid meteor shower and the morning gathering, I went to Ganden Monastery, one of the "great three" Gelug university monasteries last night. The Draconid meteor shower didn’t peak during my 3 hours observation, But the gathering show along the ecliptic is truly amazing. I captured this celestial beauty above a tibetan buddhist stupa. More interesting is the decoration with sun, moon and stars at the top of the stupa, which symbolize the cosmology of Tibetan buddhist.
