Details:
After spending much time today looking at conjunction images and still working with eclipse mages from last Sunday I was pleasantly surprised to see a fireball on the meteor camera recording. Last night (October 2, 2015) my Oculus meteor camera recorded an apparent fireball low near the horizon at 11:43 pm making it appear that the meteor was higher in the sky toward the north. There are several reports on the web from observers in adjacent Arizona cities north of me reporting a fireball at about the same time. Oculus FITS image processed to a TIF and adjusted with Photoshop for contrast and brightness before uploading.
