Confirmed, this -object- can be seen on the STEREO AHEAD COR 2 images (lower left of this page) :
http://stereo-ssc.nascom.nasa.gov/beacon/beacon_secchi.shtml

First, I thought it was a comet, due to its -kind of trail-.

But if you search the archives of STEREO A COR 2 images (http://stereo-ssc.nascom.nasa.gov/cgi-bin/images), you will find that it was -there- (in the COR 2 field of view) at least since... mid August !
So not an object with high speed (at least, from an angular point of view)! ;-)

If you watch the current position of STEREO A, the Sun & planets, it could be... Venus ! :

I must say that the -trail, which can be seen since about 4 days, is quite strange...

UPDATE :
The -object- is clearly Venus, as described on the STEREO artifacts page :

The -trail- seems to be...cosmic ray :
