Details:
these clouds formed on the front edge of an approaching cold front.. I'm pretty sure they were illuminated by city lights, but for a moment I thought they might be Noctilucent clouds. If anyone can shed more light on this image, I would appreciate it...

I have jogged at night often in the Grand Rapids, Michigan winter before I moved back to the Saint Louis area. City lights make great false aurora and they light up overcast nights when the snow is falling exceptionally well. No snow and closer to the downtown is like snow on the ground and father away. Interesting photo. To me it looks like an asteroid hologram. And that it’s coming from the constellation in the back ground (In the sky). Is that constellation Ursa Minar?
