Great display! At first it looked like the auroras would be hidden by clouds. I stayed in the chilly and windy night for an hour and it payed off! Clouds disappeared. But so did the auroras :/ I stayed yet for a half hour when the sky lit up. Arc started to move and huge, reddish rays rose from the northern sky and almost touched the zenith. After about twenty minutes the display got dimmer, but stayed otherwise very active. They were in a constant movement and they flickered. Beautiful.
