At long last the seemingly endless glow of the midnight sun has given way to the dance of the northern lights. Last night, the skies over Dawson City (Yukon) erupted into a blaze of colour as the aurora signalled the beginning of another season of dancing lights. Welcome back! Best part was - the temperature was well above the freezing mark.
