Details:
The sky in Tucson AZ has an endless procession of interesting sky/light variations that is photographer's delight. Dark crepuscular rays from behind clouds blocking the sun are common, what is interesting about today's is the white columns in the middle of the display (photo and inset). The first image shows the image with white columns and the second a standard view of rays that occurred a few minutes before the white columns appeared. Images acquired with a Nikon D810 and 28-300 VR lens.
