Details:
20.5 hours after the inferior conjunction of Venus. On Aug. 14, the very day of the inferior conjunction, it was cloudy so I missed the conjoined Venus. Today, Aug. 15, it is fine and I found the daytime Venus with a thin shape. Venus has already moved from east to west. Nikon COOLPIX P510 digital camera (no telescope); ISO 100, F7.4, 1/2000s exposure, f=1000mm (trimmed)

(re-post) Oh, now I corrected the last sentence:
My photo was taken 20.5 hours after the conjunction of RA, and 11 hours before the least elongation.

Note that the inferior conjunction here mentioned is the moment that the geocentric Right Ascension of Venus becomes equal to that of the Sun, which occurred at 3:53 Aug. 14 UTC, i.e., conjunction of RA. On the other hand, Venus reached the closest position to the Sun, i.e., the geocentric Least Elongation, at 11:36 Aug. 15 UTC.
My photo was taken 20.5 hours after the conjunction of RA, and 2 hours before the least elongation.
