Natural color image of AR2396 taken during average
seeing.The fan shaped veil in the large preceding umbra had a tan/rose hue through the eyepiece. It reminded me of the old Trouvelot painting
I used Registax 5, Photoshop CS2 and Panorama Maker for processing. West is left and South is up.
