Last night was the first clear night in over a month since the Arizona monsoon started in june. AND it was also when comet Jacques passed 1.5 degrees from M27 at 8pm or so. Sometimes things just work out for us dedicated comet imagers! Here is my shot from last night, hot off the photoshop press:
