We saw these clouds at about 11 AM. They were the same electric blue color as noctilucent clouds but it was broad daylight. Snapped this with my iPhone. Anyone know what these are?

Youre right that these resemble noctilucent clouds, but they are plumes of wildfire smoke. Nice photo...
