Details:
Beautiful summertime aurora observed 00:40-02:40 EST in southern Ontario -Waterloo. Started faint, then dancing reds, greens and blues easily seen with the naked eye at 02:00-02:40. Canon EOS 550D with wide angle 10-20mm lens at F4.0-5.6, ISO 1600 at 20-30secs.
