Details:
Finally viewing conditions improved allowing capture of finer details in AR2381. White light images in 3 different magnifications with TS 115mm APO triplet; Baader wedge; Televue 3X and HighPoint 2.5 Barlows. Hydrogen alpha image with Lunt 60 DSPT scope. ASI120MM imaging device and FireCapture 2.3. All post processing with Registax 6 and PSP7. East/West not reversed. Note the arrow in the larger white light image pointing to an emerging new sunspot. It is encouraging to see more imagers doing so in white light as they follow AR2381 - we all learn from each other.

Thanks Bernard for your kind comment. I am familiar with your images over time and, have been inspired by them. This website provides a great learning opportunity with the images of others such as Sergio Castillo, Jack Newton, Alan Friedman, Sylvain Weiller to name but a few. As I said before, we all learn from each other.

Cheers,

Bill
