I looked up outside right before sunset a saw an unusually bright light image. Looked like a comet. It's not dark outside and the small scrape in the sky was extremely brighter than anything in the sky.

Details:
I saw a really bright small scrape in the sky. It was round at the bottom and tapered in at the tips. No smoke behind it. It was very white bright and was not a star or a plane. It was right before sunset. I looked up northeast in the sky and saw it. I use my iPhone 6plus phone to take the photos so they aren't that clear. The second photo shows it closer to the rooftop so it was in motion. Sorry for the non sharp images.
