Details:
I was really excited to see some glow to the north. I had set up one camera and it was clicking away capturing images for a time-lapse. I was taking a few shots with another camera pointed in a slightly different direction. The aurora had calmed down a little. As I clicked camera #2 for a 15 second exposure, I saw this slow burn meteor and it was most likely in the frame of camera #1's time-lapse. And lo and behold, I got it!!! Big Dipper, Polaris, Northern Lights and Meteor!!! Nikon D4S, 14-24mm Nikkor at 14mm, ISO 800, 10 sec at f2.8.
