Details:
The NLC display of Jun 15/16 marked 3 consecutive nights of NLC from northern Alberta. This display was both bright and extensive, covering some 60 degrees of horizon. The interplay of NLC, aurora, and foreground scudding clouds was magical. Sony A65, 50mm lens, ISO 400, f/2.0, exposures varying from 0.8s to 1.3s. The display started just before midnight and last past 0300 local time.
