Details:
It had been a warm and humid day and the western sky had a gray haze over it early in the evening (this was around 7:30 p.m. EDT). The Sun was shining with an orange to salmon color, with none of the blinding brightness to it - you could look at it directly. Imaged with a Nikon D7000 with a Tamron lens set at 300 mm and a 2x tele-extender
