One never knows what to expect when one ventures out to image auroras, tonight was no exception to that rule, parked out in rural Alberta, on an abandoned road, the Aurora began at 11:30 and lasted till the Sun washed it out along the way, I captured these images with the Nikon 810 and the Tamron 15-30mm.
