Details:
Last night, around midnight local time,a nice radio reflection on my VHF instruments from a Polar Mesospheric Cloud.A Polar Mesospheric Summer Echo,PMSE around the same time as some pictures from Noctilucent Clouds on the Spaceweather NLC gallery. There are NLC's with and without PMSE's.Some NLC's are electric charged and other ones not.But why are NLC's sometimes ionized? It's a very nice study. For night sky photographers an alternative for polarlight.
